Return Policy

Xiangcong accepts returns within 30 calendar days of the product being delivered, and only from the original end purchaser. Returns must be postmarked as shipped back to the Company within 30 calendar days of the product having been delivered. Returned goods must be in NEW and UNUSED condition and in the original packaging. Prior to shipping any product for a return or a claim under the limited warranty, the original end purchaser must call or email our team to confirm first. No returns or warranty claims will be accepted without confirmtion. Credits for returns will be issued in the form of a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase. Refunds are for product only. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All Product returns and claims must be shipped prepaid. Xiangcong is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit.
